CDXpress will complete each order in which it was received. A deposit of half (1/2) down on the total amounts is required prior to any work starting. Sorry, no CODs. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Company Checks and Cash.  Personal Checks and some Company Checks must clear our bank before production can begin. Certified funds are required for final shipment.

The cut off time for same day duplication is 1:00 pm CST. Any orders received after 1:00 pm CST will be completed by 10:00 am CST on the next business day.

All images and art work must be supplied by the customer unless CDXpress is contracted to complete the graphic work.  A two (2) hour minimum is required on all graphic work.

CDX recognizes the rights of all artists.  We will not copy any copy sensitive or copyrighted material unless authorized by the copyright holder in writing.  We expect our customers to hold the rights of all artists in the same high regard as we do, and will require written consent on any material that is of questionable or unknown origin.  Be assured that we do this respectfully for the protection of all copyrights and all artists everywhere.

Prior to duplication, you must certify that you are either the copyright holder, an authorized licensee or representative of the copyright holder, or provide written permission by the copyright owner authorizing duplication.
